First release of WCNEWS, download WCNWS100.ARJ!

This is a sample datafile for use with WCNEWS, please note that
currently the length of any line cannot exceed 69 characters. If it
does then WCNEWS will not process it but will display an error for
that line, log it to WCNEWS.ERR, then continue processing the file.
