* WDN_DESC - Allows a software author to create a standard set of description
files for the WDNET file distribution network - catering to Wildcat! BBS
software. Two files are created by WDN_DESC and both files should be
included with your file archive and sent thru the WDNET network. These
files will be used for adding descriptions of your file to all BBS's that
participate in WDNET.
 * WDN_DESC (v1.0) allows the software author to create two files for use by
WDNET to describe the new file. These files are called SHORT_D.TXT and
LONG_D.TXT. The Short_D file will contain the standard 60 character
Wildcat! file description. The Long_D file will contain an extended file
description compatible with Wildcat! version 3.0 and greater.
