Over the past couple of weeks there has been a lot of discussion in IBMCOM
S9 about using OzCIS with Win 3.1.  I have collected some of this discussion
together into two files.

920416A.THD -- Making OzCIS work with Win 3.1
This is an edited compilation of several threads chronicling Steve Sneed's
updates to OzCIS to accommodate the "virtualized" interrupt handling under
Win 3.1.

920422B.THD -- Tuning Win 3.1 for OzCIS
This thread was extracted from the above discussions about OzCIS and Win
3.1.  It is a specific discussion, spearheaded by Steve Whalen, on tuning
the Win priorities for OzCIS.  Called "required reading" by Steve Sneed.

In the above files, I have deleted some minor messages, and tweaked a few
subject headings.  The text of all messages is unedited.
