following areas:

        copy RCV.EXE %_sysd%\decnet\RCV.EXE             updated RCV.EXE TSR
        copy TRCV.EXE %_sysd%\tcpip\TRCV.EXE            updated TRCV.EXE TSR
        copy WINRCV.HLP %_sysd%\help\WINRCV.HLP         allows NET HELP WINRCV
        copy WINRCV.EXE %_sysd%\pcapp\WINRCV.EXE        new WINRCV.EXE
