RegNode History

4/17/92 First release.  Renamed to  release version 1.00 Could not
wait for the OS/2 compile which will be here in a couple of days.

4:/13/92 v1.04beta if all nodes were  found as updating during the
month..  no report  is written..  that way sysops can  do IF EXIST
REGNODE.RPT and trap for the existence of a report which existence
tells them at least one node did  not update.  If no report exists
- nothing needs attention.

4:10/92 v1.04beta  Corrected what  I had screwed  up last  beta by
adding code  and not  checking well.  Rewrote  docs (need  to spell
check yet).

4/8/92 v1.03beta Fix  a bug where if the second  routing line was
taken,  the  divider line  did  not  get written  during  storage.
Recoded to  accept the  use of  optional configuration  files.  If
used, this changes  the name of all RegNode's used  files.  Now it
can be used on the same system for any networks registrations.

4/7/92  Added the  capability to  recognize two  routing lines  by
testing the  first char  of the  next line  for a  digit.  Routing
lines are  100 char limit but  should really be only  screen wide
(80 chars) for visual sake.

4/4/92 End nodes  could enter more than one  registration, and the
manager would  not know it.   Added a  new verb in  REGNODE.LST ..
nodes from which  more than one registration can be  taken must be
after a MANAGERS verb.  Nodes listed before MANAGERS are end nodes
from which  only ONE registration  will be  taken.  IF there  is a
MANAGERS  verb then  nodes listed  after  it will  have all  their
registration taken.

4/3/92  Added tab  recognition when  parsing passnode.lst for
file names and sysop information.
Changed  "No  registration  found"  to  "No New registrations
found"  to  reflect  that  some  registration  may  have been
processed last time.
