     We offer a 30-day compatibility warranty on software products. You may
     obtain compatibility information by calling our facsimile system at
     1-602-293-1397. We regularly update compatibility bulletins available
     at this 24-hour number.

     Our unconditional hardware guarantee is one of the best in the
     business. We'll refund your money within 30 days if you are not
     absolutely satisfied.

     All Artisoft hardware carries a five-year warranty, available directly
     from Artisoft or through our distributors. If you ever need to take
     advantage of this warranty, we recommend you contact Artisoft
     Technical Support at 602-670-7000.  After troubleshooting to determine
     that you have a defective adapter, Artisoft will ``cross-ship'' a
     replacement.
