What is ComicBASE?

    ComicBASE is the result of long, painstaking work tracking my 
large Comic collection.  It took hours (sometimes Days) to keep my 
collection up-to-date with all the information I wanted to be 
maintained with my collection.

        What did I purchase X-Men 101 for, and what is it worth now?

        What issue did Superman really die in?

        How much have I spent over the years?


    To keep track of all this and more, I needed a system, a 
computer system, to help.  I've been in the Computer field for 
a while now, and have developed alot of Applications for everyday 
use by the working world.  So I thought about doing something on the 
computer for myself.  And this is it.

    It's not finished yet.  What I mean is I keep updating it as new 
ideas or suggestions come my way.  I think something like ComicBASE 
will continue growing.  Right now it is a complete system for the 
beginning collector, and the Pro.


What's included with this Version

Installation

    To install this program, make the directory CMCBASE in your C: 
Drive.  Place all the files in the Directory and you are ready to go.


Running ComicBASE

    Your first time running ComicBASE, the program will ask you to 
enter a name at the beginning.  Enter your name here, which will be 
placed near the top of the screen.  Then the program will be 
creating all the neccesary files it needs to run.

    To run ComicBASE type CMCBASE U (The U is for Updating for your 
PC) in the CMCBASE directory.


That's it

    I hope you enjoy this evaluation version of ComicBASE.  To order 
the Registered version, follow the instructions in the program.
