    I thought I would follow-up on our recent phone conversation
    concerning Novell training for XYZ Corporation.
    
        Become a CNE in 3 months
    
    Did you know you are only five classes away from becoming a
    Novell Certified NetWare Engineer and joining the ranks of
    those hotly-sought after corporate system engineers?  We
    have found that our clientele (corporations and government
    agencies) have preferred to spread these five courses over
    about a three month period.  This is due to the time
    necessary for training and testing.
    
    
        Novell Authorized Education Center
    
    Training Excess is one of the few Novell Authorized
    Education Centers in this region.  This is a very important
    matter to consider when deciding upon training providers,
    for the following reasons:
    
        *    Our course materials are authorized by and obtained
             from Novell Corporation.
    
        *   Our instructors are Novell Certified NetWare
            Instructors (CNI's).
    
        *   Our training lab is set up according to the standards
            required by Novell.  Our lab far exceeds these
            standards and is considered by many to be the premier

    There are two additional tests for certification -
    MS-DOS/Micro Hardware Knowledge (50-15) and NetWare v2.15
    System Update (50-35).  We offer two Novell workbooks
    ($24.95 ea.) for the DOS/Micro test.  Materials concerning
    the latter test are available during any of the other
    classes.  (Also see "Testing" below)
    
    Of course, you may take any of these classes without going
    through to completion of the entire CNE block.  Also, should
    you have a number of people all wishing to take the same
    class, please contact me for a group quote, as I am able to

        Testing
    
    We are a Drake Authorized Testing Center.  Testing is
    scheduled through Drake Training & Technologies at (800)
    446-9554.  The total of all seven tests is $490.
    
    
        More Information
    
    Please see the enclosed "Certified NetWare Engineer"
    brochure for more information about the CNE Program.  No
    classes are necessary to become a CNE.  The only requirement
    is successfully passing the required tests.  However, Novell
    strongly suggests that prospective CNE's without substantial
    NetWare backgrounds prepare for the tests by enrolling in
    Novell authorized training classes.
    
    In addition to our Novell class training, we also offer the
    courseware, Novell CBT's, and also Novell's MS-DOS and
    Microcomputer workbooks.  Please call me for further
