About WAIT.EXE . . . Wait was developed by Mike Yeager over the course of a boring week at BSS. It's main purpose was to delay the start of a tape backup program until a few late night workers finally gave up and went home. I'm sure there are a few more uses for it. To run wait, type wait at the command prompt where n=number of minutes to wait. For example: C:\>wait 5 Will wait 5 minutes. Wait is most useful in batch files, however. My tape backup batch file goes like this: wait 360 tbackup f:\*.* This causes the computer to wait for 6 hours before backing up the file server. You may change the wait time while the program is running with the "+", "-", ">", and "<" keys. We would like you to use this program wherever you find it useful. It is not free, however. If you like the program, please send $9 to: BSS P.O. Drawer R Taos, NM 87571
