Environment Control Panel Applet for Windows NT, July '93


   To begin using the program, copy ENVIRON.CPL and ENVIRON.HLP to your Windows
NT "System" directory, commonly \WINNT\SYSTEM32. Upon starting Control Panel,
the program should find the applet automatically and display it's icon on the
face of the Control Panel. Select the icon to display the applet's dialog box.

   The embedded ZIP file, SOURCE.ZIP, contains the C source code used to build
the applet. Also included are the support files, icon and Windows Help related
files. This code and program are public domain and may be distributed and used
with no charge from the author as long as this file is included to release the
author from any potential lawsuits. It should also go without saying that it is
also unsupported. Finally, the author shall not be held liable for any loss
brought about directly or indirectly through the use of this program or any
part included with it.
