Notes

Upgrade orders must be pre-paid, no NET terms.  Shipping is not 
included in any price. Customers who purchase NETROOM 3 after 
the product is released, but receive version 2 from a dealer, 
can receive version 3 for free, dated proof of purchase is 
required. Customers who want NETROOM 2.20 (for Windows 3.1 
support) can purchase NETROOM 3 now for the full upgrade price 
and receive 2.20 for free, NETROOM 3 will be sent later. 
Customers who recently purchased the 2.20 upgrade can receive 
full credit for the original order toward the purchase of the 
version 3 upgrade. Customers who want NETROOM 2.20 and do not 
want NETROOM 3 will be charged the standard version 2 upgrade 
charges ($20 for a 1-user).
