Projectile Launcher release notes...

Projectile Launcher requires VBRUN200.DLL in order to run.

Please put the PROJCTIL.HLP file in the same directory as the EXE, if you want to be able to access help.  I know that right now, the help file is pretty basic, but writing help files is harder than writing programs...I'm working on context-sensitive help, but not yet...

Anyway, I hope somebody finds a use for this.
