New Features In The Wave Utilities 1.1

 Looper
 ------

  - added the `Restart Looping` option, which restarts looping the last
    loaded Wave file
  - changed `Break Actual Loop` menu entry to `Stop Looping`
  - the `Stop` and `Restart` options can also be accessed by double
    clicking the Looper icon
  - added Wave output device detection
  - new icon on startup
  

 Player
 ------

 - completely new playing algorithm
 - Player can now process Wave files of any length (even Gigabyte files)
 - added support for sound cards that are capable of playing back two
   Wave files at the same time (e.g. the Pro AudioSpectrum 16)
