  Initial release of WinCommand. Supports a BASIC set of commands.

  Commands available:
     
     ABOUT ........ Displays information about WinCommand.
     CD, CHDIR .... Changes current directory.
     CLS, CLRSCR .. Clears window.
     DIR .......... Does a listing of the current directory.
     EXIT ......... Exits WinCommand.
     HELP, ? ...... Displays this help screen.
     MD, MKDIR .... Creates specified directory.
     PROMPT ....... Allows you to redefine your command line prompt.
     RD, RMDIR .... Removes specified directory.
     VER .......... Displays version information.
    
    You can also type in a program name optionally followed by the
    three letter extension.

  Maintenance release of WinCommand. Fixed the annoying prompt bug.

Future Enhancements
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

   Future enhancements include a built in batch language, ansi color command
control, a user-defined menuing system to allow you to launch programs more
quickly and last command recall (same as the Dos F3 function).
