Using Bitstream Facelift for WP with Grammatik IV 1.0

The start command for Bitstream is FLWP.EXE, and thus our G4RUNWP 
command will not work with Bitstream.  Bitstream has a solution 
for this problem.  During the installation of Bitstream the user 
can change the name of the executable file that Bitstream will 
run from WP.EXE to G4RUNWP.EXE.  Grammatik, Bitstream, and 
WordPerfect will then work together fine.

Note:     If memory becomes a problem will all three applications 
running, Bitsream can be set to run as a TSR.  
This is done in the install menu, Advanced Options.
