      * Cohu Inc. (AMEX: COH, $26.25)
	EPS:91, RS:95, GR:70->52, PE:13, Electronic Products-Misc

   Breakouts (The following stock(s) have excellent sales and earnings growth,
   and have just broken out from a six-week or longer base.):
      * EMC Corp. Mass. (NYSE: EMC, $29.00)
        EPS:87, RS:95, GR:174->194, PE:33, Computer Memory Devices
        Comment: This is a beautiful breakout from a 3-month consolidation
	fueled by a beautiful earnings surprise.  The company reported
	yesterday quarterly earnings of 32 cents vs. 13 cents on a 99% gain
	in revenues.  This represents excellent acceleration in both sales
	and earnings growth.  This would be a strong buy recommendation except
	for one thing:  I am paying particular attention to group rotation
	these days, and it is a negative here.  The group is weak and getting
	weaker.
