                      Software Review Policy

   This is a how to: How to submit programs for review be they Commerial
                     be they Shareware, etc.

   InterNational Online Magazine is a Non-Profit organization all staff
   are volunteers.  Our only reward is for the freedom of speech to be
   able to pass on to you, our readers, computer information. It was our
   readers that prompted us to include software reviews and thus we
   bring this section of the magazine to you.

   InterNational Online Magazine is in it's third year of operation and
   presently has a readership worldwide of over 300,000,000 readers. We
   feel that this is an excellent way to provide information about
   programs to our readers. As I mentioned above we are non-profit and 
   therefore reviewing programs and advertising for both Commerical &
   Non-Commerical programs is FREE!  Thats right, FREE!  Our payment, if 
   you will is the following which also describes how you can have your
   program(s) reviewd by us.

   All programs must be submitted on DISK. Any size disk or CD will do.
   The disk(s) must contain the registered/commerical version of the
   program(s) and the sharware or demo version. The Shareware or DEMO we 
   suggest be made available in that we may distribute it. The Commerical 
   or Registered version will be made available to all members of the staff
   of InterNational Online Magazine for there personal use (this is how
   we get paid), and one copy will be given to a random individual
   outside the magazine as an incentive to give a review of the
   program(s). You pay nothing, and we will advertise your program(s)
   for three months after the review thus you really get four months.
   These reviews are read by readers from around the world. Reviews will
   be posted within two months from reciept of the program(s).

   Please note: Our reviews are handled by 2 staff and one person from
   the general public. You recieve a thorough review be it Pro or Con.
   Yes, I will publish the results even if they are bad and espically if
   they are good, this is your only risk. I will make available to you
   on our Main BBS a copy of the article prior to its publication. Thus
   you can let me know if you wish the three month advertising to stop
   or to continue. All programs recieved become the property of
   InterNational Online Magazine and it's staff and are not returned.
   Programs recieved will only be distributed as mentioned above and
   will not be given to the general public at large.
