This archive doesn't included everything that was sent from the White
House. Instead, I have set Al Gore's "National Performance Review
Report" into a another archive to give it special attention.

The files included here are verbatum from White House information
sources. No editing has been done, other than a mail-header trimer to
get rid of the access mailing info. Editing is strictly not allowed
and if transferring to anywhere else, it must be kept in it's original
form.
