Rules and regulations of CaveNet.

1.      NO CAVE LOCATIONS may be placed in any conference without the
        prior consent of the conference host or Douglas Moore at 
        The Cat Eye BBS (304) 592-3390.  Commercial and public caves
        such as Mammoth and Carlsbad caverns do not fall under this
        ruling.  If in doubt ask prior to posting the location. 

2.      No personal attacks against any user of CaveNet or the
        establishment known as CaveNet will be allowed in any message.

3.      All disputes will be handled in the CaveNet Administration
        conference in a public forum.

4.      All boards that carry a CaveNet conference must also carry the
        CaveNet administration conference.  (The CaveNet General caving
        conference is excluded from this.)

5.      Anyone disobeying a ruling or regulation of CaveNet will be
        immediately suspended for not less than 10 days from CaveNet.
