The following bugs were closed for this release:
10152, 10158, 10168, 10172, 10176, 10177, 10180, 
10182, 10183, 10187, 10238, 10269, 10300, and 10323

The Rule Designer was fixed so that it doesn't eat up the 
dictionaries any more.

Copyright notices were changed.  The About Grammatik 5 and 
About Rule Designer screens were changed.

Some new Grammar rules were added.

The format of some of the Help screens were changed.

The Networking bug dealing with Dictutil was fixed.

Spelling checking was improved.

Some parsing changes were made to the engine, functionality
of the program should remain the same.
