CAUSE:  A PCX or DCX file was scheduled to be sent, but it was damaged
        before it was sent, was a color image, or was scanned at a
        resolution greater than 200 by 200 dots per inch (dpi).

CURE:   Use a graphics application to make sure the file is a
        black-and-white image whose resolution is 200 by 200 dpi or
        less. Then resend the file.
