Fix for APAR PJ09122.
   
This new OS/2 kernel file is supplied with the S3 video drivers but will cure a 
problem with IPE at location ## 0160 : fff74a8f - 000d : 0001ea8f 236 , 7028 with
other video cards. This file replaces the OS2KRNL file in the root directory of the
boot drive. To install, boot the system from floppy disk, then use the Attrib command
to remove the arrributes of the existing file , then rename it. Copy the new kernal
into the root directory, then use the Attrib command to restore the original attributes.
Shutdown and re-boot. If any problems occur, go back to the orriginal kernal.
