DB124.EXE is a self extracting file containing the updated
LANStreamer device drivers.  The version of the OS/2 driver
supposedly fixes all problems except for the situation where LAN
Server is started from STARTUP.CMD and fails.  This problem is
still being addressed but it is not known if it is a problem in
the server code or the device driver.
This device driver can also be used with the LANStreamer 16.

Not to fix the startup problem put a pause command in startup.cmd
or use sleep to pause for several seconds before starting.
