(all about furniture) New details about hooking a PC keyboard to a workstation and some new software/hardware to make it possible. new programs: serkey and a2x-RawPC -- both take input over a serial port from a raw PC keyboard, usually with a converter box such as the Genovation Serial Box. serkey uses the X SendEvent mechanism. a2x-RawPC uses XTEST, DEC-XTrap, or XTestExt1.
