The following is a list of the setup strings that have worked on my 
Hewlett Packard DeskJet PLUS for printing with DOCSMASH version 3.0.

The Extra String sets character height to 5/72 inch.

The user manual states that Elite Mode requires a special cartridge.  
However, I do not have this cartridge and everything works just fine.  
Note that the page length was set to 132, dipswitch A8 was set to on, 
and the default settings of DOCSMASH were otherwise unchanged.
