	   This is just a note to let most of you Sysops from the
	U.S. now that an ordinary 29 cent stamp will NOT be suf-
	ficient to make it to Canada. A few of the letters that
	have had insufficient postage and that have made it to me
	without being returned like most of the others, have been
	marked postage due 22 cents, I am going to assume that 51
	cents is the correct postage that is required.
