    Dear Author/Developer, 
    
    We have  initiated an all new file distribution network known  as 
    WDNet. This net was created for the sole  purpose of distributing
    Wildcat 3rd party  programs  and utilities.  If you are a Wildcat 
    3rd party developer, this net will greatly benefit your abilty to 
    spread your wares to the Wildcat community. Your files would then
    be sent on to the Wildcat Headquarters BBS in Bakersfield CA,  as 
    well as distributed to all the WDNet members automatically. 
    
    If you wish  to have your Wildcat  wares  distributed,  there are 
    several options available to you. They are as follows:
    
    1. You  may send  them via SnailMail to the mailing address shown
       below.
    
    2. You  may upload them  directly to The Triad Solutions Inc. BBS
       at the number listed below.
    
    3. You may transmit the file/s using your Frontend Mailer such as
       DBridge, FrontDoor, or BinkleyTerm to the FidoNet  address  in  
       the listing below. Or by routing through the RIME mail network
       to FREEZING as the ID.
    
    4. You may send your file/s through other members of the WDNet to
       be sent  up  stream to Triad Solutions Inc. for "hatching" the
       file/s into the WDNet network. 

    If you do decide to use the UPLOAD method  direct to our BBS, you 
    may on the  first call be  upgraded to  AUTHOR level. To do this, 
    upon filling  out  the NEWUSER  questionnaire,  answer YES to the 
    question that asks if you are a Wildcat author/developer and  you 
    will have instant access to the BBS  as an active Wildcat author.
    
    In addition to all of the files  included in your archive, we ask
    that you include one file named DESC.SDI which should  contain  a 
    ONE LINE description of your program. It should be no longer than 
    60 characters so that Wildcat can correctly import  this into the 
    description field. This is  quickly  becoming  a standard file to 
    include in all archives. It should look something like this:

    WDNet/PRoWL - Information, Node listings, App, etc...
