Was at the Lodi Post Office the other day, and got this software from Pat, the Lodi Postmaster, - FREE -. It's a new program (service) that the Postal Service is pioneering. What the program dose is look up the Zip + 4 numbers, for any address in the entire United States. The program calls Akron's Post Office computer and accesses it's data base. The call is free, it's an 800 number (800-992-0073). The whole process is automatic. In addition, if you have a HP type Laser Printer, it also prints No. 10 envelopes with the looked up address, and a mailing bar-code. ---<>--- The program is compressed (Ziped). Download it, uncompress it (unzip it), and make a directory on your Hard Drive called EM2. Next, copy the 3 uncompressed files into EM2. To run the program, go to the EM2 directory, and type in EMJR . ---<>--- The Postmaster at Lodi (Pat) told me that the program was Public Domain, and should be distributed as widely as possible. Of course you could see Pat and ask him for a copy of this program, or simple down load it here. Bob Jack
