          This is a TEST-DRIVE release of BBS Guide Desktop Edition.
          It is a fully-functional database retrieval program designed to 
          accompany any modem users kit of essential communications tools. 

          This TEST-DRIVE release is fully operational, but is 
          not the same as the current registered commercial release.

          The registered commercial release thousands of BBS numbers.

          The registered commercial release is available as follows:
          
        * NEW registrations include the latest version of BBS Guide Desktop Edition, 
          for $15.00, which includes shipping and handling.

                Distribution of this TEST-DRIVE release

          We sincerely desire to make our TEST-DRIVE product available to
          as many people as possible through the electronic and catalog
          distribution network.

          The following conditions apply to distribution:

          1.   Due to its size, we ask that the BBS Guide Desktop Edition 
	       program not be included on a diskette with any other software, 
	       and that all required disks be included as a set.

          2.   Do not distribute the program without all of its original 
               related files, addendum files, documentation and this notice.
          
          3.   You must obtain our written permission prior to distribution
               with any "Bundled" software packages.
          
          4.   Do not accept payment for the program.
          
          5.   Do not alter the program or documentation in any manner.
          
          6.   BBS Guide Desktop Edition v1.0 Test-Drive is licensed for individual personal
               use and evaluation for one month from the date shown at the top of this document.
	       after which time the REGISTERED version of BBS Guide Desktop Edition must be 
	       purchased or the use of BBS Guide Desktop Edition Test-Drive must be discontinued.
