 AB    We report a case of severe primary pulmonary hypertension occurring in
       an HIV+ patient in whom lung biopsy and post-mortem examination were
       consistent with thrombotic pulmonary arteriopathy. To the best of our
       knowledge, this histological pattern has not been previously reported in
       HIV+ patients with primary pulmonary hypertension.
