Lack of many anti-HIV/AIDS curative procedures depend on impossibility to reach inactivation all of HIV with following renew of infection. A necessity of elaboration of more universal anti-HIV/AIDS therapy appeared. METHODS: Biomechanic modelling and computed imitation of HIV transmission, spreading and persistence conditions in more than 10 different body tissue slides, cells, extracellular medium, organs and biological fluids was analysed. RESULTS: First level of anti-HIV/AIDS against circulating pathologic agents include laser traps from 1 to 10 classes depending on selectivity with antiviral (antimalignant cells, antileukemic) screen installed with blood or lymph separators for curative exposures at thin layers, and return to natural flow after contact therapy. Second level include all tissue and fluid remote sterilization by normal and hyperbaric use of multicomponent antiviral gaseous mixtures for total body segments virucidal saturation. Also segmental acidification by intravascular, intralymphatic, intraosseous and etc. instant soluble safely gas (CO2) use for to decrease step by step local pH till virucidal effect in all regions. CONCLUSIONS: More universal anti-HIV/AIDS procedures are perspective, combined with contemporary treatment methods.
