Unique Identifier : AIDSLINE ICA10/94369579 AB Many prognostic factors had been studied in ARL with controversial results but uniformly previous OI and/or KS are useful to indentify a group of patients (pts) with poor survival (S). Between 3/87 and 6/93, 31 pts with ARL were treated with mono or polichemotherapy at three single institutions in Argentina. We analized in a retrospective study the impact of previous OI and/or KS on S. Characteristics of pts without (A) or with (B) prior OI and/or KS are shown below. TABULAR DATA, SEE ABSTRACT VOLUME. CONCLUSIONS: 1- ARL in B are associated with poor performance status (PS) low CD4 level and poor S; 2- Nor Bulky Disease, Stage III-IV or response rate shown differences between both groups.
