This is the README.TXT file for the first Version of the Voice-Mail-Box Prog


This is the second release of Zvoice and it is a beta Version to see
if the fossil driver works correct and if the new SAA-Standard
windows work proper. Not all funktions are completely tested.
If you find some bugs or you want to improof the dokumentation please
write to me! Adress see README file!
I disenabled the random play message feature if you are not registered
and ZVOICE will tell all caller that this is an unregistered copy of
the program. So please register and future version will be issued!

The Programm is written in Micosoft C 2.5 with the large memory model!

It should be possible to work with Mailerprograms / Fax software and
BBS software ! Via Batchfile and Errorlevels

I'm using FrontDoor and RemoteAcess with the Zfax RCVFAX program.

But frontdoor isn't very friendly if it is called when the
modem is online and it sould make an ATA command!

If you find better ways to make a connection please give me a note!

Installation:
=============

call ARJ X C:\ZVOICE.ARJ

1. a directory ZYXEL is created.
4. Then the Sub-Directories. PLAY
                             LOG
                             FAX
                             REC are created

5. Change VOICE.CFG.  e.g EDIT VOICE.CFG
6. Don't forget to install Fossil-driver !
7. Rerecord the *.zvd Files.  see VOICE.DOC
9. execute START.BAT (or change to you purpose)

If it doesn't works please see ERROR.LOG File for more details or
read ZVOICE.FAQ or contact me via Fido-Mail to Adress 2:244/21.5.
You can call me via Voice but only call ! (Be carefull with that)

from the ERROR.LOG File.
