"Cannot find valid audio board" when loading SLS Playing with language series.

Description

After successfully install the SLS game, the above error message displayed 
when loading SLS game.  However, user are still able to play their wave and 
midi files using media player, there is also nothing wrong with the system.ini and 
win.ini files.

Solution/Action

The problem occurs in the SPANISH version of MS Windows 3.1, there are bugs 
in the MMSOUND.DRV, MMSYSTEM.DLL and MCI drivers.

To solve the problem, the following steps have to be carried out:

a.	Expand all the MCI*.DR_ files to be MCI*.DRV from the English version of 
MS Windows 3.1 diskettes.

b.	Expand all the MM*.DL_ files to be MM*.DLL from the English version of 
MS Windows 3.1 diskettes.

Take note that the above files MUST BE expanded from the ENGLISH 
VERSION OF MS WINDOWS 3.1 diskettes.

Remark

This problem so far has been reported from SPANISH version of Windows 3.1 
and it is absolutely possible that it may occurs in other language version of 
Windows 3.1.
