Description The ATI Ultra Plus SVGA card BIOS will reset and reprogram the Video Blaster I/O address (2AXX to be exact) when booting. Bearing in mind that BIOS codes are executed much earlier than software codes in the boot process, thus by the time VB software try to initialize the I/O address (2AXX), it is unaccessible. Therefore generating a "Video Blaster card not found" error message when running VBTEST.
