"Video Blaster card not found" when running VBTEST.

Description

The ATI Ultra Plus SVGA card BIOS will reset and reprogram the Video Blaster 
I/O address (2AXX to be exact) when booting.  Bearing in mind that BIOS codes 
are executed much earlier than software codes in the boot process, thus by the 
time VB software try to initialize the I/O address (2AXX), it is unaccessible.  
Therefore generating a "Video Blaster card not found" error message when 
running VBTEST.

Solution/Action

A patch file for Video Blaster to work with ATI Ultra Plus is available in our BBS, 
it is advisable to load the ATIPATCH.EXE in the autoexec.bat file:
