"Application Error, QCD caused a General Protection Fault in module 
USER.EXE at YYYY:ZZZZ"

Description

User may encounter the above-mentioned error message when executing QCD 
version 1.0 with Windows 3.1 on their 286 based PC.  On some 286 
configuration, the module may be KRNL286.EXE instead of USER.EXE and 
YYYY:ZZZZ represents the location when the fault occurs.

Solution/Action

This problem can be solved by a newer version of QCD (version 1.10), the new 
QCD be located in SB-BBS:

The unzipped contents should be as follows:

All distributors and users are advised to download this file and update all ealier 
version of QCD and related DLL accordingly.
