Subject

Horizontal line scrolling through the screen when playback from VCR after 
recording in PAL format using TVCoder.

Description

User using TVCoder to record video on VCR with PAL format will encounter the 
above-mentioned problem when playback the recorded video on the screen.  
The reason being that VCR players has tighter torlerance circuiltry to allow 
synchronization between TVCoder as compared to that of a normal TV.

Solution/Action

This problem can be solved by replacing the TVCONFIG.INI file to a later 
version.  The updated TVCONFIG.INI file can be found in SB-BBS main 
conference:

File Area	:	No. 38 - Misc. Patches and Fixes.

All distributors and users are advised to download this file and update all earlier 
versions of TVCONFIG.INI accordingly.  User may required to rerun TVPANEL 
to set to their original video system.
