Subject

"CDR101: Not ready reading Drive X:" error message occured when attempt to 
read the American Heritage Illustrated Encyclopedic Dictionary CD title with a 
CR563B CDROM drive.

Description

User who purhcase the above mentioned CD title will encountered "Not ready" 
error when attempt to read it using the CR563B drive.  The reason being that 
the CD title was mastered slightly out-of-spec which falls outside the acceptable 
range of the CR563B.

Solution/Action

This problem can be solved by contacting the vendor of this CD title for an 
updated release, the following are information between the "old" & "update"
