No CD audio output after connecting the Mitsumi drive using the CD audio cable 
provided by Mitsumi.

Description

User will encounter the above-mentioned problem when connecting their 
Mitsumi CDROM drive (CD Audio output) using the cable supplied by Mitsumi to 
the "CD_IN" connector of the SB16MCD, SBP Mitsumi and SB16 Mitsumi.  The 
reason is that the CD audio PIN signals on the Mitsumi drive are different from 
that of the SB16MCD, SBP Mitsumi and SB16 Mitsumi "CD_IN" connector.

Solution/Action
---------------
As the solution requires rewiring of the cables, user who encountered this 
problem are encouraged to purchase the CD audio cable from Creative.  
Alternatively, user who prefer to rewire the cables can refer to the following pin-
out diagram:
