"File copy error, C:\SB16\WINDRV\CTCCW.DLL cannot be found" when 
Windows execute WINSETUP.EXE to setup the SB16 drivers and applications.

Description
-----------
SB16 Basic's user will encounter the above-mentioned problem after completing 
installation from DOS and startup Windows.  The problem occurs whereby an 
additional line was added in the [Windows] section of the WINSETUP.INF file in 
the SB16 directory:

[Windows]
windrv\ctres.dll
windrv\ctccw.dll	--->	Additional line
schedule\bwcc.dll

Solution/Action
---------------
This problem can be solved by removing the additonal line in the 
WINSETUP.INF file.  Note that the CTCCWDLL file is NOT REQUIRED by any 
of the software bundled and will still allows to complete the installation without 
any further problems.  This problem only occurs in installation disk with the 
following DISK.ID:

Sound Blaster 16 BASIC
SB16-FW-03-ENG (Revision 2)
Sound Blaster 16 Disk #1

This error will be corrected in new installation disk with DISK.ID "SB16-FW-03-
ENG (Revision 3)".
