 AMI & AMI PRO BY SAMNA

     This Windows application works great with Inboards.  However, Microsoft
     recommends using their SMARTDRV disk caching program instead of Intel's
     ICACHE.

     There are no special installation instructions when running 'Windows
     3.0 for the InBoard 386/PC'.

     The installation for run-time Windows will install HIMEM.SYS before the
     Inboard's INBRDPC.SYS or INBRDAT.SYS driver.  You must move HIMEM.SYS
     so it loads after the Inboard driver.  Also, do not use ILIM386.SYS and
     HIMEM.SYS at the same time.  ILIM386.SYS performs the same functions of
     HIMEM in addition to providing expanded memory.

 AUTODESK'S AUTOCAD

     (Field report) AutoCAD 386 release 10c reportedly works great with
     Inboard 386/PC with extended memory or ILIM386 4.07, but not with IEMM.
     The new version of Extended AutoLISP is reported to have a parameter
     which fixes the previous incompatibility with Inboard.  Contact your
     AutoCAD dealer for more information.

     AutoCAD release 10 works great with Inboard 386 and Inboard PC if you
     do not use Extended AutoLISP.  The documentation for Extended AutoLISP
     says it will not work with some versions of Inboard 386.  Intel has no
     evidence that it makes any difference what version of the Inboard is
     being used, it will not work.  Consider upgrading to AutoCAD 386.

     Autocad versions 2.5, 2.53, 2.6, and release 9 work fine.  Many
     customers have reported problems with Autocad versions earlier than
     V2.5.  Autocad no longer supports these early versions.  If problems
     occur with Autocad versions earlier than 2.5, customers should upgrade
     to the latest version.

     AUTOCAD

     Intel tested Inboard 386/PC with AutoCAD version 9, and they are
     compatible.  AutoCAD worked great with ILIM386 and in extended memory
     mode.  You need the 80387 on the Inboard 386/PC to use AutoCAD.

 BORLAND TURBO BASIC

     Intel tested this product with Inboard 386/PC, and they are compatible.

 BORLAND TURBO DEBUG

     (Field report)  Turbo Debug version 1.0 is reported to lock up COMPAQ
     Portable computers that have COMPAQ revision C BIOS and an Inboard
     386/PC.  Intel has no reports that COMPAQ revision G BIOS corrects the
     problem.  Borland is providing software to fix this problem.

     Turbo Debug runs fine in an IBM with Inboard 386/PC.

 BRIEF

     Intel tested this product with Inboard 386/PC, and they are compatible.

 COPYIIPC

     Intel tested this product with Inboard 386/PC, and they are compatible.

 DAC EASY

     (Field report)  This software is reported to be compatible with Inboard
     386/PC.

 DBASE III+

     (Field report) Inboard 386/PC is reported to be compatible with dBase
     III+.  One field report indicated that you must install Dbase III+ on
     the hard disk at speed 1 but can then switch to a higher speed.

     If you install the program at high speed, the message "Program too big
     for memory" is displayed when you invoke Dbase III+.

 EASY EXTRA (BY MICROPRO)

     (Field report)  One user reports that MicroPro (Easy Extra's
     manufacturer) stated Easy Extra is incompatible with any 80386-based
     computer, and they have no plans to rewrite the software.  The reported
     symptom is that it locks up during spell checking.

 FASTBACK

     Intel tested this product with Inboard 386/PC, and they are compatible.

 FASTBACK PLUS

     overwrites the CONFIG.SYS file.  If you have any devices drivers, such
     as ILIM386 or EMM, loading in the CONFIG.SYS file, they will be removed
     when you install Fastback Plus.

     (Field report)  One user reports Fastback Plus locks up if ICACHE disk
     cache software is installed.  Fastback Plus works fine without ICACHE.
     Other users report that the ROM BIOS of some computers may cause the
     Fastback Plus Install program to fail the DMA test.

 FOXBASE+

     Includes a cache utility that is incompatible with the Inboard 386/PC
     cache, so don't use the two caches together.  Microsoft is working with
     the Foxbase+ company to correct the problem.

 FRAMEWORK II

     Intel tested this product with Inboard 386/PC, and they are compatible.
