 SAMNA WORD

     (Field report)  One user reported the computer locked up when exiting
     Samna Word if ILIM386 2.05 was installed.  ILIM386 version 2.62 seemed
     to fix the problem.

 SMALLTALK (BY DIGITALK)

     Smalltalk is incompatible with the Inboard 386/PC. Smalltalk requires
     the IBM PC AT-type BIOS and CMOS because it uses 80286 operations to
     switch into and out of protected mode.

 SOFTBYTES PRINT SPOOLER (MICROTEK)

     SOFTBYTES PRINT SPOOLER (BY MICROTEK)
     (Field report)  This program is reported to be compatible with Inboard
     386/PC.

     After one user installed an Inboard 386/PC in an IBM PC XT, the
     attached NEC 8800 Spinwriter printed correctly only when Inboard 386/PC
     was set to speed 1.   Using Softbytes allowed the printer to print
     correctly at all speeds.

 SPACEMAN (BY LOGISTICS)

     (Field report) You must load this program in speed 1.

 SPSS PC AND PC PLUS

     Versions of SPSS earlier than PC Plus 1.1 are incompatible with the
     80386 CPU.

 SUPERCALC 4 AND 5

     (Field report)  Some users report Supercalc 4 and 5 don't work in IBM
     PC1s or IBM PC XTs that have an Inboard 386/PC with the original
     version of ILIM386.  Using a newer version of ILIM386 solves the
     problem.  If you upgrade the Inboard 386/PC software, you should
     upgrade both ILIM386.SYS and ILIM386.COM.  Contect Intel Customer
     Support for upgrades.

 SUPERKEY

     Intel tested this product with Inboard 386/PC, and they are compatible.

 SYMPHONY

     Intel has tested Symphony with Inboard 386, and they are compatible.

     SYMPHONY AND COPROCESSOR ERROR

     Symphony Release 1.0 and 1.1 use a nonstandard method of detecting the
     presence of a math coprocessor, and this can cause the software to
     erroneously report that you have a math coprocessor.  It can also
     produce an error when a number is inserted in a cell.  This error can
     occur in any computer, even one without Inboard 386.

     If Symphony indicates a math coprocessor is present when one isn't,
     remove the coprocessor driver from the Symphony driver set by following
     these steps:

     1.  Run install
     2.  Select Advanced functions
     3.  Select Modify driver set
     4.  Select Math coprocessor
     5.  Delete "coprocessor floating point driver."

     If you still have the problem with Release 1.2, upgrade to Release 1.2
     or install an i387 DX.

     NOTE: This is not an Inboard 386 problem.  However, if this problem
     appears with the installation of Inboard 386, you may still have an
     8087 in your computer, or the Inboard 386 is stressing the computer
     just enough to expose the false assumption that Symphony makes to
     determine a math coprocessor's presence.

 VDISK

     Intel tested this product with Inboard 386/PC, and they are compatible.

 WORDPERFECT

     Intel tested this product with Inboard 386/PC, and they are compatible.

 WORDSTAR 2000+

     Intel tested this product with Inboard 386/PC, and they are compatible.

 WORKVIEW

     This program requires 640K bytes of conventional memory and is
     incompatible with ILIM386 and all other EMS emulators.
