            Please run the batch file "unzip.bat" since there are
            subdirectories created from the zip file mk.zip.

            After running "unzip.bat", read doc\readme.1st.

            Also, after running "unzip.bat" you can then delete
            readme.txt, unzip.bat, and mk.zip.
