1. Overview

NTbanner is a little utility that shows the memory-utilization of 
Microsoft Windows NT.

When iconified you see 3 bars. They show you from left to right:

Memory Busy		-	yellow bar
physical memory	usage	-	green bar
page-file usage		-	blue bar

When the usage of the memory exceeds 80 percent, the color of the bar turns to red.
This isn't something to worry about, 'cause the physical memory usage-bar  will be 
red most of the time.

When the window is restored, you see the same 3 bars plus the percentage-factor 
in digits. 

New in Version V1.0 is the menuitem 'Always on top' which does exactly that.

2. Why 'Banner' ?

The name 'Banner' is taken from a famous utility for VAX/VMS wich is called
DECwindows-Banner.

You can distribute this program as you like as long as you don't change anything.
