ERROR DESCRIPTION:                                             
DosRead at the volume level will hang the system after a few   
times.                                                   
                                                               
(The following assumes that C: is the drive where OS/2 is installed on)
 
    To Install the Private Fix do the following:
 
1. Reboot with the Installation Diskette
2. Insert diskette #1 and press RETURN and then at the
    Welcome Screen press ESC to go to an OS/2 2.0 command prompt.
3. RENAME C:\OS2\HPFS.IFS to HPFS.BAK
4. Copy the NEW HPFS.IFS file  to  C:\OS2                     
    to replace the OLD HPFS.IFS.
5. Reboot your machine
