Use this document to order a registered version of PowerLine.

You can print this document in one of the following two ways:
1. In PowerLine, enter the command
      >print register.txt
2. In Notepad, choose "Print" from the "File" menu.



Registration Information

PowerLine is a copyrighted program protected by international copyright 
law. If you obtained PowerLine from a shareware disk vendor, an on-line
computer service or bulletin board, a friend or colleague, or another 
similar source, you have an unregistered (trial) copy.  You may
use this copy without charge for a limited period of time under the
terms of the PowerLine license agreement (below).  After this time is up,
you must register and pay for PowerLine to continue using it.

This method of distribution is known as shareware.  It allows you to
determine whether PowerLine meets your needs before you pay for it.

The registration fee for a single copy of PowerLine is US$ 50. After
payment of this fee, you get:
1. The latest version of PowerLine for Windows and MS-DOS (both editions).
2. A printed manual and an installation disk set with registered versions
   of PowerLine.
3. Technical support
4. Information on new releases
5. Discount on future releases

PowerLine Licence Statement (Registered Version)

LICENCE AGREEMENT
You may use the registered software on any computer, provided that the 
software cannot possibly be used on more than one computer at the same time.
You may make copies of the software for the sole purpose of loading it into
the computer on which you wish to use it, or for keeping a maximum of two 
backup copies.


WARRANTY
M2w Software warrants the diskettes to be accurate copies of the master disks,
and will replace any defective copies free of charge for a period of 60 days
after purchase.

M2w Software hereby explicitly disclaims all other warranties whether express
or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of 
merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. 
M2w Software shall have no liability or consequential, incidental, exemplary 
or special damages, including lost profits.

M2w Software reserves the right to change the product at any time, without prior
notice.
