    Vendors who are members of the ASSOCIATION OF SHAREWARE PROFESSIONALS
    in good standing can distribute QTUT V1.0 providing the fee for the
    evaluation disk does not exceed A$13.00 including postage and handling.

    Vendors may sell the registered version by arrangement with the
    distributor.  Vendors are not required to have registered versions
    in stock.

    Vendors who require future updates must send a copy of their catalogue
    to the distributor.

  ALL OTHER VENDORS

    Vendors are free to distribute QTUT V1.0 providing that:

    1. The charge for the program must not exceed A$13.00 including
       postage and packing.

    2. All catalogues and advertisements must clearly show that QTUT is a
       Copyrighted program and is not free.  It is distributed as Shareware
       for evaluation purposes.

    3. All files itemised in the list below are included without modification.
       The addition of a GO.BAT or other Vendor files is acceptable.

    4. The program is not to be rented or leased.

    5. Vendors may sell the registered version by arrangement with the
       distributor.  Vendors are not required to have registered versions
