- Updated CMPQwk 1.4 Help -

The help file has been updated slightly, it includes a few
pointers on deleting replies, re-editing replies, and contains
the new support BBS telephone numbers.

It REQUIRES full CMPQwk 1.4 install with all DLL's, WAV files, etc.
to operate without error.  The DLLs and WAV files were NOT included
in this file in order to save space.
