To install "Count me In", you must be running under Windows.  
Either :
-  Go to File Manager and double click on SETUP.EXE
or
- In the Program Manager, go to File-Run-and type the directory the program was unzipped 
 to and the word=setup (i.e. type C:/COUNT/SETUP)

After installation, double click on the Count Me In icon to run the program.
