Files included:

MENU.DB et al	- Menu table and related files
MENU.FSL	- Menu editing form
MENU.LSL	- Menu library
LAUNCHER.FSL	- Sample application launch form
FORMA.FSL	- Sample application form
FORMB.FSL	- Sample application form
AUXILARY.LSL	- Sample application library

All demonstration files must be in the same directory.  You can easily
modify the files to accomodate other directory structures.

Open Launcher.fsl to run the sample application.
